The Executive Team
Brian Streuter, President / CEO
As President and CEO, Brian Streuter is responsible for growth strategy, business ventures, and overall company management. Mr. Streuter brings many years of experience and success to TWS.
Susan Prichard, CFO
Susan Prichard is Chief Financial Officer of Tech Wash Services, Inc. She is responsible for financial affairs, including financial operations, risk management, and financial strategy. Prior to joining TWS, Susan spent 20 years in the property management industry where she was a regional vice president for Simpson Housing.
Daniel Lipsey, Vice President
Daniel Lipsey is Senior Vice President of Operations of Tech Wash Services. Mr. Lipsey manages the daily operations of TWS including human resources and business development. Mr. Lipsey brings over 20 years of general management, sales and marketing experience to the TWS team.
Kirk Cortez, Senior Account Manager
Kirk Cortez is responsible for all business development within the state of California. His strong operational leadership has established TWS as a leading facility service provider. He manages a successful team of account managers, who are dedicated to our customer's success. Mr. Cortez, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the TWS sales force.
Sara Lance, Human Resources
Sara Lance is responsible managing the Human Resource department at TWS. She maintains a high level of performance by serving as an employee champion and cultivating the corporate community. She is responsible for all human resource functions at TWS including recruiting, learning and development, and employee retention. A seasoned business executive, she brings many years of experience to the TWS corporate team.
